Events 📆
Thank you to everyone who joined us at our Cocktails & Connections events in Brisbane and Sydney. It was fantastic to reconnect with so many early careers professionals, share ideas and discuss the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of talent attraction. We loved the conversations and look forward to seeing you at more Amberjack events throughout the year.
There’s still time to register for our Melbourne session on Thursday 17th Sept, if you’d like to join us!
Latest Insights📃
Are we measuring the right things when it comes to graduate success?
In our latest insights article, The Human Advantage, we explore why qualities like adaptability, learning agility, judgement and relationship-building may be the true indicators of long-term success, and how employers can better align recruitment and development to build future-ready talent.
Awards🎉
We were proud to see the work Amberjack, GradEngage and NTT DATA have achieved together recognised as a finalist for Best Vendor Solution at the Internal Talent Awards.
Recognition like this really is a reflection of the partnership behind it. Bringing together great people, being willing to challenge the norm and staying focused on the candidate experience is what made this initiative successful.
Amberjack Out & About 🚋
Fordham Assessment Centre
We recently had the pleasure of spending the day with the Fordham team and an impressive group of aspiring professionals at the recent Vacationer Program Assessment Centre. One of the highlights of Assessment Centre season is seeing candidates gain exposure to the different parts of the business and show interest in exploring pathways they didn’t even know existed!
Southern Cross University Assessment Centre
We recently had a fantastic opportunity to partner with Southern Cross University to elevate their course curriculum and bring to life a mock recruitment process. This was designed intentionally to help students prepare for future internship and graduate opportunities.
It was great to work with a diverse group of participants to share valuable insights into recruitment from both a candidate and employer perspective. The program was a great success, with strong engagement, enthusiasm, and positive feedback from students throughout.
CSL Redkite Innovation Challenge 2026
CSL’s second-year graduates wrapped up their 2026 Innovation Challenge, partnering with Redkite to design and deliver fundraising initiatives across CSL sites.
The result? More than $33,000 raised to support families experiencing childhood cancer. We’re incredibly proud at Amberjack to support the cohort throughout the journey. Through a series of workshops and coaching sessions, we’ve helped participants build the skills, confidence and mindset needed to take an idea from concept to execution.
