Jum Lamont began his career in broadcast media as a television presenter in Australia and the UK before joining Fusion in 2015. As the head of the Development division, he played a pivotal role in its significant growth and success. Currently serving as Managing Director, APAC, for the Amberjack Group, Jum oversees Fusion’s commercial, strategic, client, and service delivery initiatives. He is instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic direction and fostering client partnerships across RPO, Attraction, Technology, Assessment, and Development solutions.
