As we continue to grow across APAC, we’re searching for a Sales & Solutions Director to accelerate our expansion and strengthen our talent solutions offering. In this role, you’ll blend commercial insight with solution design expertise to shape high-value opportunities, create impactful recruitment solutions and build trusted relationships across the region.
Role Overview
We play a key role in helping global brands hire at scale, and this role is central to driving growth across both our Experienced Hire and Volume Hiring propositions. You’ll help develop new business opportunities and design solutions that are commercially strong and operationally realistic.
We work closely across Finance, Technology, Recruitment, Attraction, Marketing and Assessment, and you’ll collaborate with these teams to create scalable, future-focused services. You’ll also represent Amberjack in market, meeting prospects, attending industry events and engaging with clients across APAC to showcase what makes us a leading partner.
Key Responsibility
Tasks include:
- Identifying opportunities to broaden relationships with existing clients
- Building and owning a go‑to‑market strategy to generate new opportunities
- Using your network to open commercial conversations and highlight our capabilities
- Designing client‑led recruitment solutions that are scalable and practical
- Developing proposals with Finance, Legal and Operational teams
- Staying informed on recruitment trends, DE&I practices and digital hiring technologies
- Building relationships with clients operating across multiple regions
- Aligning internal and external stakeholders to deliver strong client outcomes
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a senior professional with a strong experience in RPO sales, solution design and commercial negotiation, ideally within volume recruitment. We value people who bring practical delivery knowledge, influence senior stakeholders, and confidently present global solutions. You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of application.

- Demonstrate commercial competence across pricing, negotiation and modelling
- Translate complex challenges into clear, deliverable solutions
- Work strategically to build a healthy new‑business pipeline
- Influence senior decision‑makers across diverse groups
- Thrive in a fast‑moving environment across multiple markets
- Apply knowledge of recruitment technologies including ATS, CRM, sourcing tools, AI and digital assessment platforms
